Concept Virtual Design’s involvement in this stunning new build development in Virginia Water, Surrey, involved an exploration into opulent contemporary design and supply for bathrooms and wardrobes. The timelessly styled finishes optimised the space available, while the creative use of intelligent lighting provided soft yet workable illumination, to brighten the latest textiles brought in to harmonise perfectly with the neutral tones of the master suite. 

The high end wardrobes are finished in a striking gloss lacquer effect, giving bold definition in neutral tones that offer classic decadence. Concept utilised their vast knowledge of the textiles world to find the latest finishes that would compliment the contemporary feel of this new development, while creating a rich, decadent yet timeless style.  The design team harnessed concepts such as open linen carcasses, internal drawers and carefully designed shoe and handbag storage to offer a luxurious, tidy stowing away functionality. 

The exquisite bathrooms featured top of the range sanitary ware from Villeroy & Boch, with statement black vanity units that ooze both opulence and class. Our design team incorporated privacy glass for the shower, and separate WC areas, while seamlessly incorporating Grohe’s designer shower systems that deliver a rejuvenating, invigorating start to your day or a waterfall of relaxation at the end.

Concept Virtual Design reviews – A Luxury Development of 28 Apartments and 4 Town Houses

Concept Virtual Design was awarded this exceptional project to bring luxury and sophistication to the bathrooms of a stunning new development in Berkshire. We worked alongside an award winning regional builder from early on in the project to incorporate high end finishes and intelligent design into the 28 apartments and 4 town houses that were being constructed.

The contemporary designs are uplifting and crisp, with beautifully designed, clever lighting that creates a gloriously decadent feel to the bathroom. Utilising a skillful eye for detail, Concept’s in house design team took inspiration from nature, with high end materials that feature natural stone patterns within the tiles, for example.

Within each of the bathrooms are opulent finishes, with sleek sanitaryware and specifically thought through, elegant storage solutions. Each bathroom has been designed with luxury in mind, utilising Concept’s knowledge of the market, interior design and trends, to create timeless designs.

The luxurious development has received two prestigious awards, including Housebuilder Of The Year 2019 and Residential Development Of The Year. Concept is exceptionally proud to be part of this beautiful, sumptuously designed project, which boasts a backdrop of Windsor Castle.
